How to Pitch a Feature

Please email editor@mycustomer.com with:

  • A proposed title
  • A synopsis
  • Where the article fits into our site navigation

Please do not follow up by telephone.

If we are interested in pursuing we will get back to you. We have a standard form we use for feature submissions and will send this to you once a pitch has been accepted. We will also agree a deadline at this time.

We require all features to be exclusive to MyCustomer so we ask that they aren't posted anywhere else. We will ask you to confirm this in writing via email.
